In the mid-aughts the country of Mexico finally acknowledged they had a major feminicide problem. Nowhere is the problem more concentrated than in the small city of Ecatepec, where an unassuming couple, Juan Carlos Hernandez and Patricia Martinez, wreaked havoc on the women of their neighborhood.
